A new search engine,CategorySearchesare evolving on the horizon with their new concept of using categories. Now this is old, you say, since people have been able to try to find information in all kinds of directories for eons, but CategorySearches have reinvented the wheel to make it even easier to find what you are looking for.
Like in Google and all the othe big brother SE’s you can use boolean searches and you can select what category you are interested in. So, for example, if you are interested in finding out anything about dude ranches you can search for (+dude +ranches and select the Category Travel) and you will only see results from the Travel Category. This is a new way of thinking that will make life easier for anyone who uses the internet.
Will this new Search Engine have a lot of “spamming sites”? We don’t think so since they are using a new spider that they have created them selves and that is exceptionally good at leaving out spamming sites. Nothing is added to their index before it has been human edited.
We think that this new search engine will have a bright future. Underdog? maybe right now but time will tell and prove me right that it will have a bright future.
